We have recently upgraded this apartment to provide a high standard of accommodation for 2 persons. Renovated to a high standard and decorated in light modern colours, the apartment has one large bedroom, a comfortable living room and a separate kitchen/dining room with the traditional bench seating area found in many Slovenian homes. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer and contains all the utensils needed for cooking family meals.The rear windows look out onto spectacular views.
A large garden provides plenty of space for sitting out and there is a barbecue for those lazy summer evenings.
We provide all bedding and towels.
If you are going to arrive too late to go shopping, we can provide a 'welcome pack' of essential groceries to see you through your first night (€20 for 2 persons).

We spent a very pleasant stay in this apartment. Everything is made for comfort. That is fine for 4 people. It's very clean, the equipment is large and modern.The neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend this property for lovers of nature and quiet.
lukeswellirelandReview Submitted: July 15, 2008Date of Stay: July 2008 - this apartment is in a pleasant residential area in the village of ribno.I was pleasantly surprised with the level of comfort decoration and fit out of the apartment as i felt the web photographs did not do it justice.location is excellent for walking and cycling and is convenient to so many amenities for outdoor pursuits.in short i loved ribno and slovenia and i cant wait to go back.there also a lovely pub and restaurant 2 mins down the road. views are spectacular and it was lovely to be woken by the church bells and the cock crowing in the morning.this apartment is in the midst of such spectacular natural surroundings and will appeal to those who appreciate natural beauty and village life.i look forward to revisiting ribno next year.it has made a huge impression on me.

We were very happy with the apartment, and loved the fact that the living room, and kitchen diner were separate, as it meant we could keep our little one away from the interests of the kitchen drawers and cupboards, and with the dvd player in the lounge, which kept her amused while we were cooking! The apartment was decorated to a high standard, and was very comfortable.
We could walk to Bled with the pushchair in half an hour, or five minutes in the car. We were able to explore Bled, and North West Slovenia extensively, as well as into Austria and Italy, with a car with Ribno as a base, but enjoyed the peace and tranquility, of being a little distance outside of the main tourist area in Bled.
We chose Slovenia, as the weather was not as warm in August as other places in Europe, and how right we were, between 28 and 30 degrees was perfect, and allowed us to be out and about with the baby without being too hot. We would recommend Slovenia for a holiday for anyone, young or old!
Joerg+Ingrid Wolfenbüttel / Germany Review Submitted: July 11, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008 Overall : We enjoyed to stay an a marvelous landscape. It's a good place for reaching several sights both touristic and mountains, valleys or small clear lakes. The region is perfect for walking and biking.
Weather : End of June it was very warm, not too hot or sticky, only once a short shower.
Apartment : Big enough for up to four persons, comfortable, modern, quiet at night. We can recommend this apartment. Thanks for letting us have very nice holiday in Slovenia.
