A deposit of €200 secures your booking. We accept payment by international bank transfer into our Slovenian bank. The minimum rental during Christmas, New Year, July and August is 7 nights. In July and August the change-over day is Saturday. A refundable breakages deposit of 200 euros is payable upon arrival. Also tourist tax of 1.01 euros per person per night (less for children) is payable upon arrival.

Children are welcome. We can provide a cot, high chair and baby bath. Please ask if you want to bring a pet. Our WELCOME PACK of basic foods for the first night costs €20 for 4 persons.

  Rebecca Birmingham May 2009- Brilliant Accommodation I booked the family house, as my aunt got married in Lake Bled in May 09. My family travelled there from various parts of Ireland, Scotland and England. I took on the role of organising the accommodation for my family, so i was quite anxious to see how the apartment looked, the area it was in, etc. When we arrived my family were all amazed, as was i, at the quality of the accommodation, the beautiful area it is in, the scenery, the tranquility and the friendliness of the local people (they all congratulated me on finding such a fantastic place to stay). The family house is made up of 3 self-contained apartments, so if there are certain members of your family or group who at times want their own space/privacy, this house affords you that luxury, at the same time providing areas within the house and outside whereby you can all sit together to eat, chat or sunbathe. The owner is very friendly, extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from booking the accommodation and in providing all the information we needed as regards to directions and activities about the area. At the house we found a folder which was full of leaflets for various activities, taxi's and other amenities in the area. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwashers, hairdryers, and the showers are amazing!. I had my 11month old son with me and they provided 2 cots (1 travel and 1 wooden), a high chair and baby bath (making my life a lot easier!!)
My aunts wedding was absolutely brilliant but i have no doubt that the experience was made all the more enjoyable due to this brilliant accommodation we had. I thank the owners very much for their great attention to detail in making sure they provide everything for their quests. I will be recommending, Slovenia, Lake Bled and especially this accommodation to family, friends and others in the future. I hope to return with my husband’s family early next year to enjoy this area in the winter months, and will definitely be booking the family house again.
